Tomorrow we’ll be presenting the DataVisor Security Analytics Solution during the Startup Showcase at Strata + Hadoop World in New York City. I’m excited to share more about the new cybersecurity problems that we tackle and DataVisor’s vision. By analyzing large real-world attacks, we see first hand how existing security solutions, such as multi-factor authentication and rules/model-based systems, are ineffective at stopping sophisticated modern attackers. Using Spark based “in-memory” big data platform, we have developed a next-generation security analytics solution and are able to analyze billions of events per hour for our customers.
